This policy applies to visitors and customers worldwide, including in the European Union (GDPR), the United Arab Emirates (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Saudi Arabia (PDPL).

What we collect and why

  • Store address you enter. We read publicly available information from that website (brand name, descriptions, product names, prices and images) to create your brand kit and video ideas. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in providing the service.
  • Technical data. Your IP address is processed briefly to protect the service against abuse (rate limiting) and appears in our hosting provider's standard server logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.
  • Messages. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process your name, number or address and the content of your message to reply and handle your order. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta under its own privacy policy.
  • Orders. When you order, we process your business contact details and order details to deliver the service and invoice you. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations (tax records).

Cookies and tracking

We currently use no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will ask for your consent where required and update this policy first.

Service providers

  • Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA).
  • AI processing: Anthropic PBC (USA) processes the store information to write your brand kit and ideas. We send only the public store data, not your contact details.

Some providers are located outside your country, including in the USA. Where GDPR applies, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Store information read for a brand kit: kept temporarily in memory and discarded within about an hour.
  • Messages and order records: as long as needed for the order and as required by tax law (in the UAE, generally up to 5 years).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email us to exercise them. EU residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
