Refund Policy

Every Video is produced specifically for you. This policy explains when you get your money back.

If we can't deliver

If we are unable to produce an ordered Video, we refund it in full to your original payment method. For orders with several Videos, we refund the ones we could not deliver.

If something is wrong

Email hello@[brand].studio within 14 days of delivery with your order details and what is wrong. We will first fix it through a revision or redo (see our Terms). If we cannot fix it, we refund that Video.

What we don't refund

• Videos you have approved, or that you have published or used in ads.
• Requests based on a change of mind or a different idea than the one you approved.
• The current month of a monthly plan after it has started. You can cancel anytime to stop future payments.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
