Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of SYL and any order you place with us. The service is provided by 21GS FZCO, Premises No 59822-001, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence 59822, International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai) — “we”, “us”.
2. Businesses only
Our services are offered exclusively to businesses and professionals acting for commercial purposes. By ordering you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer. Consumer withdrawal rights therefore do not apply.
3. What we provide
We produce short-form marketing videos featuring AI-generated creators (“Videos”), based on your store, product information and the idea you approve. Our creators are not real people. The free brand kit and video ideas are suggestions to help you choose; they are not a deliverable.
4. Orders and plans
- Single orders are paid in advance and cover the number of Videos stated at checkout.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Video allowances on monthly plans apply to the billing month in which they are included.
- Prices are in AED and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the time stated for your plan (usually 24–48 hours after we receive everything we need). Delivery times are targets, not guarantees. If we cannot deliver at all, you receive a refund as set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Revisions and redo guarantee
Single orders include one revision. Monthly plans include our redo guarantee: if a Video does not match the idea and brief you approved, we remake it once. Changes to the approved idea count as a new Video.
7. Your materials and responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to use the store content, product images and trademarks you give us or that we read from your store.
- You are responsible for the claims made about your product and for complying with advertising laws, platform ad policies and any AI-disclosure rules in the markets where you publish the Videos.
- We may refuse orders for products or messages that are illegal, misleading, or unsuitable for the Gulf region.
8. Rights to the Videos
Once paid in full, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, edit and publish the Videos for your business, including in paid advertising. We may show Videos in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or ad performance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
